Very nice... I've been thinking about doing that to my car... I have the same color... Now I'm going to do it for sure! What did you use? Tint? Spray? Any details would be appreciated...

Thanks Leo, I think it helps make them 'disappear' into the lower mesh area...
The way I did it way using film. I had tinted one of my bikes headlights, and kept the rest of the tinting film for later.. It's a bit of a pain, but the easiest way to do it is cut the film a bit smaller then you thing you need.

Not crazy about it. I too did the same thing like a year ago with the film. Looked like a stained/brown color in the light. Ended peeling it off the same day.
So what I did is got the center piece of OEM mesh and had it cut and shaped to the the fog section. Looks 100 times better now, I think you'll agree if you do that.

Lets see some pics of how you did it..
If the tint came off the same day it was applied, then it was junk or incorrectly done. I've had that tint on my ducati for over 6 months and it looks perfect. I applied the same tint the same way on the fog lights so there's no doubt in my mind it will hold up. I was thinking about doing a fog light delete but figured I see how this looks first.. I'm pretty happy actually.. interested to see how you did yours, so post up!

I'm sorry I don't post pictures until the car is complete.
Mine was applied correctly and would have held up for as long as it could stay. I heated it up and took it off as soon as I took it out into the light. I just didn't like the shade, odd amount of brown to it.
I would, I promise you'll be happier. Looks more professional than the tape.
Sick bike btw

I'm interested to see how the film will hold up on the fog lights. The lights are low and therefore subjected to major amounts of debris blowing on the road.

My fog light lenses look like they have been sand blasted which is interesting because I stay a fair distance from the car in front of me and always have for safety as well as to avoid paint pitting.
