Talking Ooh I'm excited! Just bought a eurocharged tune!

Anybody else have one? I cant wait to see how the HP increses with a good tune... I'd love to hear any comments from those with a tune from them..
Any reliability concerns? Problems in the long run? I'm thinking I'll stick with a stock pulley. I don't want to do anything that could be detrimental over the long run..*

Jerry @ eurochargd said I'm looking at +40hp and +40tq. That's with the tune,no pulley. I think ill see how it does and maybe upgrade to the pulley later..but 540hp and 560tq should be pretty swell haha.

Nobody else has had their car tuned by them?

Nope, i think you're the only one. Isn't it a little late to worry about reliability from their tune after you've already bought it In all seriousness, there are plenty of people with their tune and products on their cars here.

I have the tune and it definitely woke up the car. I can't say it was necessary a 40hp jump, but you will be happy with it

'05 SL 55 Black/Black w/mods from Eurocharged/Kleemann/BuckheadImports
its great....

i got the eurocharged ecu and tcu tune with 172mm pulley upgrade at first....i agree it really woke up the car and added a significant feeling of extra power. then after that the mod bug really hit and i also did the eurocharged heat exchanger and johnson cm30 IC pump, k&n filters, phenolic spacers, mishimoto catch can, 82 mm throttle body, fuel injectors, and colder spark plugs. then i did the quaife LSD....and akebono ceramic brake pads, ss brake lines, super blue dot 4 brake fluid, and high performance engine coolant. next im gonna install the 180 mm pulley and shardul belt wrap kit and kleemann headers with another reflash by jerry at eurocharged. once u get used to the 540 hp, later on you will want even more.....happens to a lot of us. maybe next year i will also do the kleemann cams and straight piped exhaust, etc.. when the mod bug hits, it hits and there is not much we can do about it.

Nice mod list SL65, I bet your car is a monster!
So tell me, what mods did you feel make the most gains? I also ordered the Bosch 010 IC pump, k&n filters. Not sure what I want to do next..probably the bigger heat exchanger I'm thinking..

hmmm....

i would say do the 180 mm pulley with ecu and tcu first, then the TB and headers next, along with the HE and fuel injectors, upgraded IC pump, filters, colder spark plugs, then the LSD, then upgraded brakes, then shardul belt wrap kit, then phenolic spacers, then straight piped exhaust with x pipe, then cams, then carbon intake...by now only lord knows how much power you will have,....then further down the road u could even go with a custom 90 mm TB and whipple supercharger, upgraded pistons, connecting rods, etc.. etc...

What exactly is the "shardul belt wrap kit"? Sounds promising.

i think jerry can explain it better...

if u call eurocharged....jerry can explain it to you very well....also there are threads on here that talk about it a lot....

what i know so far is that it makes for even better throttle response, increased boost, more contact with the supercharger belt, etc.... im no mechanic but from what i read and heard it seems like a must-do for any 55k engined car.
