Oil change was very easy , took me about 45min having never done it before on this car .
why does the cap on the trans tube say do not remove ( work shop only )
is there a dipstick attached to the cap ? why cant you just pull it out ?
i want to service my trans so any info or a DIY link would be cool .

The trans tube/fill top cap is a locking / sealing device only. You break the pin to remove it which means you need to buy another plastic replacement cap which only come in RED. This is how the service center knows you've been in there.
There is no dip stick for the trans fluid included. There is only a shop tool for measuring the tranny fluid level.

Depending on the year the tranny tube cap can be a one-time or multiple use cap which can removed/ reinserted as needed.
