Meisterschaft Stainless GT Racing Exhaust

Hi

I have a 2004 CL65 and was considering replacing the stock exhaust with a Meisterschaft Stainless GT Racing Exhaust. Does anyone have any videos of this exhaust on a CL65 215 so i can get an idea of what it sounds like?

thanks

Anyone?

Even photos or your opinion on the Meisterschaft system or any other exhaust system for a cl65 you would recommend?

Do you really want a "Made in China" exhaust on your car? There was someone not too long ago selling a Brabus exhaust. Here's the thread:

so would you recommend Eisenmann instead R.K?

i just want to get a better sound from it - any recommendations if its just altering the stock system slightly - so i can hear that roar a bit better!

Are you looking for performance or sound from a new exhaust? You power you should start with new catless down pipes or a 200 Cell cat and run 3"all the way back with a cross over H or X pipe in the middle. There really isn't much restriction in the stock 65 mufflers. This might be money better spent.

Just because its made in China doesn't mean it can't be high quality. My friend has one on his BMW M3 and its sounds amazing.

I'm running an eisenmann on my M3 and it also is great quality with a great sound. I think they only make exhaust for the W215 version though...

I'd agree with this being the best route. You will pick up some power and some sound improvements as well.

Any idea how much HP would be gained from a cat less downpipe? Is Speedriven and Supersprint the only ones who manufacture one?

My buddy is running one on his GTR and I laugh at him everytime I see him. It sounds terrible and the "stainless steel" is rusting. To each their own I guess.

You would think since his GTR is practically made in China it would have been paired better... I haven't heard one a GTR so I can't attest to how it sounds, but like I said earlier on a german v8 it's sounds like a race car.

If he having rust issues you should tell him to call the manufacture regarding his warranty. My friends drives his M3 through the winter and has zero rust.
