New 2005 CL55 Amg Owner-Info please

Hi all
I am a New CL55 AMG owner so my search is over!
Where can i find out what all the options are on the car- by VIN???
Anything I should look for-it has 60 k miles from one owner.
What should I service for the time and miles??? suspension-supercharger,ect
I read the s/c pump goes bad-does it set code?
Thanks and can wait to get driving but want to service it first.

and it's the intercooler pump that will go out on you. I replaced mine with the newer Bosch one but I know the Johnson CM is very popular too.

These car come highly equipped, a owners manual(s) covers a lot although tedious to read its a very good reference. The biggest problen with these cars is the hydraulic suspension, theres many posts on it.

The biggest problem and the biggest joy. It's a great system, amazing really, and is a big part of what makes a CL a CL, you just have to realize it's more complex and thus requires more attention than a more traditional suspension system.

A bigger problem is that I believe the majority of owners only discover this after they purchase the car, and thus don't really go into the deal with eyes wide open. Caveat emptor, too bad more people don't do their research beforehand. In some professions it's called 'due diligence'.

But, God looks out for fools, and the fact is simply because it's a Mercedes, it most likely been well maintained by the previous owner.

Thanks for all the input-
Got a car fax and was regular serviced at MB Dealer but to be safe...
I will service the trans and replace the electrical plug that leaks
Replace the ABC filter and fluid-after Rodeo procedure
Spark plugs(16) and fuel filter
Cabin air and charcoal filters
Oil service and general inspection of all systems
4 wheel Alignment
and go from here
Like was stated you have to maintain it to get treated well

PM me your VIN and I will run the Datacard for your vehicle which will show how it was built.
