Hi everyone, i recently bought a brand new cl65 amg and i am not pleased with the sound it makes. Can anyone suggest a very loud exhaust system?

So you bought a factory CL65 exhaust to replace your factory CL65 exhaust and you're surprised it doesn't sound any different and not louder? I'm really confused why you bought the same exhaust that is currently installed on your car.

Is that what he said? I thought he bought a new CL65 car with the factory exhaust system, which he finds not to be loud enough....

Supersprint, for one, makes down pipes for these cars, among others. You'd gain some decent power, throttle response, and definitely get some more sound. There's a video on here of a guy with catless downpipes on an S65 with no other mods and its sounds great.

I did a muffler delete on my old W215 CL65...it gave it a little more sound and with all the sound insulation there wasn't any noticeable in-cabin drone....

Being turbo, you can get away with just removing the rear mufflers and run straight pipes to the tips for loder sound. I have heard them in person and riden in them that way. You can also change out the mufflers with 3" race resonators, if you want to be a little more conservative.
Leave your cats on! Not worth the hassle of removing them and the codes you will have.
