Incredible car. The depreciation on it will be around $10 per mile.
You may want to advertise this in a national publication like Autoweek or Road & Track. It is going to take a collector to buy the vehicle so your father doesn't take such a huge hit.

i'm trying to get him to give me an idea so I can spread the word . I know he didn't want to lose his *** on it but he doesn't want to get rich quick off of it either . he's just tired of paying insurance on the car when they hardly use it

Oh, he is going to lose his *** on the car but the longer he holds on to the car the worse it will be with ddepreciation and insurance. You can factor an additional $5k loss per year for the next 3 years plus the cost to insure.
