I have not ran my 600 yet, prob a very low 12 or very high 11 with the Eurocharged tune on dr's. Anxiously waiting for numbers on yours as im contemplating a custom cai, exhaust, cooling mods(tank, meth,HE) and 100 octane tune. Intercoolers on my 65 gave me little results for a a lot of money. My 65 with K&N filters, 3" down pipes (200 cell cats), trunk res and Eurocharged 91 dyno tune went 11.13@125.5. With addition of scorpion intake, intercoolers, SD 100octane tune and tcu I went 10.98@126.5-same temp/da.

That's a lot of extras for a tenth - but that 11.1 with minor mods is very encouraging.

We will see how it goes.
A local guy with a CL65 with intercoolers, scorpions, and ic pump went 10.7

Kamil, great to Negative DA, super cool ambient air temps, sea level track used & prep + a good/great drag racer, play far more importance in 1/4 mi ET's than the mod lists you're using as a litmus test towards possible future 1/4 ET's
BOR's excellent 11.02 1/4 mile run on ecu/tcu and drag setup was mostly due to the driver netting excellent 60' times, the 2nd part integral to BOR's record run was nearly -1000' Negative DA in 48 degree ambient air, DA plays an even larger role in ET's if the drivers skill level to fetch great 60' times is removed..
I see now why you're thinking if you just get a certain modification list done to your cl600 (and a couple of months track experience under your belt) you'll then be able to run hi 10's & then chase down SGC's basement 10.27 @137+mph after you finally add Billet turbo whls.. It just aint that easy, ask Jay600 on here he is on par w/BOR/Clayton in superb drag race skills, or ask any of the OG track dawgs who've actually run the ET's you're quoting..

I got years of drag racing on my belt I only hold 5th place 1/4 mile time for the Z06 in the nation. As far as driver thats covered, wheel setup and 60s is what Im looking for, this is why I want to run 28 inch tire. I have a lot o passes on my belt both street and tracks and time slips and videos to prove it. Lets not worry about what happens, Im ready to put up a fight at the track and Im ready to fight for the record, nothing comes easy.
All respect to guys doing great things and running these cars with great times I'm just looking to do my best.
We will see shortly what the car does in 1-2 weeks time. I will also have dyno numbers along with exact weight o car with me in it. Gotta approach this 1/4 mile thing the right way. If slapping car parts on cars made us go fast in the 1/4 mile than all cars would be doing the same thing, I know that there is way more to it.

With these cars its very easy a 10sec 1/4 mile can be achieved with Speedriven Intecoolers and Tune. HE and pump as well.
Zax you will go deep into the 10s with your mods, you just need to hook the car up and get a good 60ft.
Sounds like you thought the opposite 2 wks ago
I'm just commenting on what I've seen you post up until now, you never mentioned your expert track exp before or the extreme importance in DA/Weather conditions etc.. Just what mods this car has or that car has etc etc Wish you the best of luck..

I drove a C5 Z06 Making 770rwhp at the tire
All I can say at this point is that we will see what happens when I cross the 1/4 mile line.

Lets drop this until the car is at the track no one knows what the car will run but other people have been achieving some good 1/4 mile times with minimal mods with these cars.
Who knows maybe my car will be a slow turd or maybe it will be a factory freak

Hey its good to set your goals high and set out to reach them, but at the same time nobody wants to see you set yourself up for disappointment, based on what other people have achieved in the past. As its already been stated, the 60ft and weather do play a role. You mentioned running 28" tires and I think that will hurt you with gearing since a stock setup is closer to 26.5, at least for my 65. The 265/40/18s are right there, if not slightly shorter, which is good since we aren't looking to break 200mph. When the time comes, be prepared to get frustrated getting both tires to stick. It may take a few burnouts each time to get both to spin. You can only do so much, good or bad at least you intend to take your car to the track and share your results with us.
