transport Failure

This is how my low - milage CL65 arrived today when I met the transport truck. Unbelievable!

Is the damage limited to the paint?

I had transport damage

Under the CARMACK law, yes that's the name of the law, carriers are liable for any damage or difference in condition from the time its picked up to the time it arrived

Seems to be. Car's never been wrecked or repainted though so I'm sick over it. It's just a car, but still, it's THE car that I've been waiting for for many years.

Thanks. The dealer made a video of the car before and while it was loaded for that exact purpose. Everyone should remember to do this or have it done. Then you don't have to listen to the bs about how that cracked spoiler was that way when they loaded it.
