2003 CL55 AMG new rims
Hey guy, I'm planning on replacing my original AMG rims with new AMG replica rims (picture attached). The specs on the rims are:
Size: 20x8.5 Front / 20x9.5 Rear
Bolt Pattern: 5x112
Finish: Silver Machined Face
Offset: 35 Front / 35 Rear
Hubcentric: 66.6
Anyone know if the width/offset work on the CL55 or will it stick out way far out the fender?

35 mm is okay, they won't stick out but rear wheels will rub on the bodywork (rear quarter/bumper area).
Lastly, just my opinion but AMG > Replica. Apart from being original quality items, they will likely be lighter than aftermarket wheels of bigger diameter.

Alright thank you for the confirmation. Hopefully it wont rub hard on the body, i've had that issue before on an old SLK i had and it wasn't that bad. If it rubs hard I might consider rolling the finder slightly.
And yes I agree, the genuine AMG is with no doubt alot better but they don't sell them for the same price as the Replicas haha.

The problem is not the fender but the bumper. I have exact same issue with my current set of wheels, albeit in 19" size. ET35 will look good, nearly flush with the body:

If you're having the same issue with 19" rims i'll probably have even worse issues with the 20" I'm getting. I'm thinking that getting low-er profile tires might make a difference. Beautiful car by the way

Measure your inside fender clearance and try and get the best offset you can get. Lot of people running the style rims you posted in one brand or another. Most run 19`s. Even with stock 18" and 275 drag radials, I would just touch the outer fender at times but inside fender seems to have decent room.

I didn't drive the car much since I put the new wheels so I'm not sure, but I drove it for like an hour and I didn't have an issues with rubbing. The rear tire might possibly rub with the quarter panel because my car is lowered. Give me few days and i'll let you know about that.
I put 245/35 for the front and 275/30 for the back. I'm going to change the back to 285/30 for a wider look very soon.
