What rims to get? (W216)

So I am having a hard time deciding on rims for my 2007 CL600.

It is black on black.

I am thinking of this one Rohana RC10...

Or this one...

Any opinions? Looking at probably getting them in 20's if I go with the AMG reps, and 20" or 22" if I go with the Rohana

As much as I like aftermarket options, I'm really a fan of the factory PP wheels. I've toyed with the idea of "upgrading", but at the end of the day, I think MB/AMG did a good job with them.

Google MHT wheels. Very strong with great designs. They produce many different types of wheels under multiple labels and have been doing so for a very long time.

Same here......but my dilemma is the terrible roads and streets in and around the D.C. area. Just recently replaced a factory rim due to hitting a pothole.

Don't want to be cheap when buying wheels but it's gonna' be hard to stomach eating 5-6- thousand due to pothole damage.

W216 CL65 AMG
Look to the future

The 20"AMG wheels fitted standard to the CL65 W216 are a very individual wheel so I decided that my car will re-sell best with the original wheels.
As soon as I bought it I also fitted some 20" Brabus Monoblocks so that the genuine wheels will be mint when I sell the car in a year or so.
The upside is that the Brabus wheels look great and MB are now doing a very similar wheel in their new catalogue

The twin 5 spoke AMG wheels are forged alloy and in the UK cost around £1000 each so unless you're going for something really special I think the aftermarket option has got to be the cheaper option.

If one gets bent or broken it's only $200-$300 per wheel as opposed to $2000-$3000.

I live in Dallas (Rockwall) area and the roads are bad here in some places as well. My "STRIFE" doesn't get a ton of street time but it did come with the forged twins and I've been wanting to put them up just because you don't have to hit a curb to get rash with all the potholes. I HATE THEM...

Honestly I like both, and both options are relatively cheap. I don't want to drop a bunch of cash, as where I live, it is pothole central and it will be a matter of time before I bend a rim.

Just like you xabo I like the idea of a cheap replacement rim.
