Added the 2004 Pedals
Was at the dealer today to book my 1st FSS Service A. Stopped in at parts and picked up the Aluminum and rubber studded parking brake, Brake and Gas pedal.
$45.00 in parts and I was off... The gas pedal is actually from a SLK. The CL/SL/S class gas pedals only can be bought as a whole unit ($140.00) which includes the whole assembly and the electronics.
If anyone else is interested here are the part #'s:
230-290-00-82 - Brake Pedal Cover
230-430-00-84 - Parking Brake Pedal Cover
170-300-00-04 - Accelerator Half Assembly/Cover
If you want the full CL accelerator assembly the part # is 220-300-03-04 ...
The only difference between the CL and SLK covers is that the SLK cover uses a more circular rubber stud vs the oval rubber stud.
I didn't think the $120.00 difference was quite worth it.
The pedals feel really nice and give the interior a more "AMG Tuned" look.
Took about 5 mins. to swap the covers out. The accelerator had to be unbolted (1 10mm nut) and then unplugged from the electronic harness. Once that was done, a plastic pin pops out of the pivot joint and the new SLK part replaces it.
The other 2 pedals covers simply slip off and the new ones slip on.

Great idea! Looks much nicer than stock. For $45 and a few minutes installation it is well worth it. I have Java/ burl walnut in my Black CL55, so contrast should be good.

whoops ... i went in to the wrong forum (meant clk55)
but you could also get all slk/c-class pedals which will match (all round rubber studs ... cl/sl/s/clk/maybach have oval studs)
a simple search will come up with part numbers.

Yes, you can get all the SLK pedals with the smaller circular rubber studs. I, however, perfer the larger oval rubber studs myself.
