Quick question: is an updated "010" bosch IC pump and a stock intercooler sufficient for short-term use with this pulley? Reason being, I would plan to purchase an uprated intercooler, but that would be another item slightly further down the list. I've been flip-flopping between an 80 and 76mm pulley, since opinions on heat generation vary. Additionally, would a looped fuel rail be something necessary at this level?

Thanks for your input!
With a 76mm pulley you start to push the stock injectors, depending on the miles and climate you are in maybe they can handle it but if you want a little more power without having to do cooling, belt wrap kit, and injectors I would do 80mm since the CL stock cooling is already a bit bigger then e class. Or you can monitor your current iat's and see maybe you can go for 76. Looped fuel rail does not do anything
we recommend looped rail for all 55k cars. Also, for 76mm we typically suggest the stage 2 cooling kit, (or stage 1 power package contents), Stock injectors are fine for 76mm, although with your car being 15 years old at this point it would be a good idea to swap them out for 550cc, it is possible for injectors to get stuck open and cause engine failure, for 80mm 010 and stock HE is great.
Thank you VRP and MartinWake for the input... I think I'll do some more research! I've read about the occasional injector sticking on these vehicles, as well as lean conditions on cylinder(s?) fed by furthest end of the fuel rail, so if I'm going to be running increased boost I might as well upgrade those and go with a looped rail for peace of mind.
