The new one is still supposed to have round lights
That composite doesn't show the design clues from the new S Class, the new S class doesn't have the flared front arches/fenders or the drooping body line.
It looks a bit small as well
I hope it looks pretty much like an update of the current model

This month's Car and Driver shows what they claim is the next S class and it resembles the photo's seen so far. It is not a radical update but doues have the character line from the rear fenders. I think it and the CL will be nice looking and close to these photos.

the looks arent too bad.. but the engines are a plus...

The “smallest” CL engine in the CL 500 will be replaced with a new V8 550 engine with 5.5 liter capacity and a power of 388hp. The CL 600 remains unchanged (V12 bi-turbo - 500hp) as well as the AMG model CL 65 AMG with 612hp. The new CL 63 AMG will get a power boost to 500hp, and so it will replace the CL 55 AMG. Rumors say that a diesel hybrid engine could find its way into the next CL-class although not confirmed by Mercedes yet. "

I like the current model(which is my fav AMG BTW) much better.

The pics are screwed up!
I’m surprised no one has noticed the optical illusion in the rear view caused by the area between the crease under the door handle and the bottom window line flatten out over the tail lights. The front view shows the a more realistic rear quarter panel.
