It says CLA45 on the back and has the split exhaust tips.

i know the differences, I am just wondering if he potentially saw a CLA250 and thought it was a CLA45

I understand that, but in the photo you can clearly see that it says CLA45.

yeah it came from a co-worker. he doesn't even know what a mfg plate is. i've been talking about the car and he was like hey I saw one of those last weekend I of course called BS but there it is.
