AMG Night Package - Privacy Glass Included?
I have read some mixed information, some reviews on the internet say the CLA45 with the AMG night package includes Privacy Glass, but my dealer says no....thoughts anyone??

yes, privacy glass = dark tinted glass on rear windows

Oh ok. I don't know if that comes with the Night Package. It doesn't specify that in the order guide, but i see that on a lot of CLA45's on the internet.

Sure it depends on market. Doubtful for the Canadian market ditto US. Probably does for Austrailia.

According to Mercedes Benz CLA 45 Press Release June 2013, it specifically says:

"• AMG Night package: privacy glass, black anodised beltline trim strip, radiator grille blades in silver chrome. Front splitter, exterior mirrors, side sill panel inserts and rear fascia trim in high-gloss black, two rectangular tailpipe trims in black"

I'm getting my CLA45 AMG today and that was one of the options I got... I'll let you know what I got from MB - your comment made me think also on other option that overlaps this one, the Carbon Fibre Trim for the Exterior... will see.

carbon exterior and night package gets you the carbon fiber front lip, rear difuser, side mirrors and side "blades."

If you add night package you also get the black trim around the doors vs chrome, black chrome exhaust tips.

BTW...no privacy glass.at least here in the mid atlantic USA... I'm looking at a E63 AMG-S with night package... no privacy glass

Thanks for the information, dang! I wonder why MB decided not to do this for cars shipped to North America? Its strange because all other cars with the night package have it in Europe and like I posted earlier, even says the package does from Daimler!

It would be nice to have a factory privacy tint done instead of after market!
