Why is this CLA forum so dead?

Why is this CLA forum so dead?
I came to this forum and left another one (mercedescla-org) because it was "run" by fools. They have no problem banning members but let their forum become infested with spammers and spam posts and don't even delete them. Everyone was complaining and they did nothing but ban the primary people who complained most. They support spam, it makes them money,
So here I am on this forum, I see a fair amount of members, but hardly any new activity daily. Why doesn't anyone post?

I hear you......been perusing those forums as well just hope that this one sees increased traffic as its all MB.
We've had ours since October and really like it, it is broken in and running great. This car is a whole different animal running around in sport mode. definitely our first, but not our last MB.....

I just signed up here hopefully going to find out some mod info. Got my wife a cla250 for daily but now with it's looks she wants more pep. I tried telling her to just get AMG but she has the patience of our 5 year old lol.

I lurked over there for a week or so.... judging by the spam, the way the majority of the posters typed, I figured it was best to sign up here. I got a better feeling here. It's weird being a n00b here, but a vet on another board, but this board seems filled with awesome enthusiasts.

I have a feeling this forum will pick up as people discover it, the new CLA specific forums pop up and take the initial wave of forum lurkers but since this is such a good resource with a ton of great people I'm sure it will pick up slowly!

sorry to bring back an old thread but i agree. the people running that forum are whack. i got my for sale thread deleted in the wheels section cause it wasn't supposed to be there. there was another for sale one there. i asked the moderator who messaged me and he said cause its his only post. whack af.

In my message to you I clearly stated that your thread was deleted since it was a duplicate. (It was already posted in the for sale section of the forum) I also clearly stated that the other members thread wasn't delete because he didn't have a duplicate thread. Not because he only had one post.

if its in two different sections what does it matter? people that go in to the wheel section don't always go to the for sale section. It was two threads in two sections both relating to wheels. If I had to two wheel threads in the same section that is something that could be deleted. that was the first time anyone has ever done that to me. Regardless if he posted one thread about it it should be in the right area correct? Classifieds don't get as much viewers as the wheel section? Can you delete my thread in the classifieds so i can post in the wheel section? you should be able to. then ill have only 1 in one section.

Let's talk. In my observation, most CLA250 owners buy this car because it's a Mercedes and have no interest other than the name, unlike the members on this forum who love their car and are enthusiasts. Maybe the number of real CLA owners are low thus no activity.
