Display only showing one gage?

Hi !

I just got my brand new a180d a week ago and something about the left display annoys me a lot.

The display right behind the steering wheel is only showing one gauge instead of two?
To be honest, I can't even find a picture online only showing one gauge, so it must be really simple to change it from one to two..I just can't seem to find it.

Thank you so much in advance for my (probably) silly question.

This looks correct. Maybe I'm not sure exactly what you're asking though.
You can use the track pad on the left side of the steering wheel and scroll to each section and change it how you want.

The bottom left picture is a specific mode meant for driving assistance. Eg, the active radar will pick up the car in front of you. If you have the advanced safety features, it'll have active monitoring for blind spot etc. which all will show up in that bottom left screen.

The upper right screen is the small version of the bottom left screen.

Picture top left is standard and picture bottom right is standard.

Thank you for the reply
Probably didn't make it that clear - sorry for that!

The pictures are not from my car but I found them online showing what the display should look like.
My issue is that my display only shows a single gauge and not two at the same time if that makes sense?

I'm starting to think that maybe my display is smaller but since the car just came out from the factory and I haven't been asked by the dealer anything about the size of the display it seems confusing for me.

Sounds like you didn't get the premium package. At least that's the option with the A220 that gives the large display. Both displays are 10.25" instead of 7". Makes quite a difference.

Here's a screenshot of the Dealer Order Guide showing the two display types for the US A220. I believe in other countries, you can also order the car with 7" on the left and 10.25" on the right.

Wow, I knew there was a smaller screen option but didn't realize it would cause the display to change so much (just assumed it'd be a bit smaller.) I must say, I don't like that smaller display at all. Glad I got the bigger screens.

No it has actually changed my experience a bit.
I tried the car two times at the dealer and it had the 10 inch display, and when I ordered the car I didn't have an option for the display..so that's rather annoying..

Cancel your order. Them not allowing you to order the 10" screen is bull crap and you're getting your chain yanked. Do not get the 7" screens in this car unless you're after the cheapest drive able mercedes. If that's the route you're going to take, I would suggest getting a new Mazda 3 that has more features, better build quality, better reliability for 25% less in price.

I think he already has the vehicle. Not sure if this can be upgraded after the fact...?

If you drove the car with the larger display and the dealer gave you one with smaller you're basically screwed unless they'll take it back. Bad situation unless you have a great dealer. Too bad because the larger digital display is similar to the one in the C43 it's fantastic.

The display is the number one reason I got the car. I couldn't deal with a tiny display...
