For those that haven't had to go to the dealership the past couple of months. There was a software update that added a bit more functionality/usability to MBUX. Usually, your car should get the software updates over the air. It did not get this one (not sure why)
For example, on my car before dealership - When you talked to Mercedes, it didn't matter where you were it responded with only 1 user voice. Now, when I say "Hey Mercedes" from the driver side, you can see a yellow little animation light on the right screen kind of float to the left towards the driver to signify that it's going to affect your side. If you sit from the passenger side, it does the same thing but that yellow indicator animation floats to the right/passenger side.
If the driver says "Turn on my reading lamp" it will do that side only, and the same for the passenger side. You can do this for about any feature that allows either side control and it works. So I'm glad to see the improvement. Also, there are a few other UI/UX changes. It feels a bit more responsive and AC controls seem to be redesigned as well.
I like that they put free software updates to help control the car. However, I just wish all my MECHANICAL problems were addressed.
However, I do not have the store (I don't think USA gets it)
I'll post a couple of pictures of the menu differences I'm talking about. I know there is a fup3 coming out sometime in January according to the dealership (not sure if they're lying or not) but I have no idea what improvements they're trying to make.

No. I'm United states. The coolest feature added is that it takes account on what side you're on. You can say "turn on the reading lamp" and depending on what side will turn it on, or for AC or seat kinetics for example.
A couple different UI changes as I pointed out, but that's all. Nothing else really changed. Supposedly in January is another big update.

i will go back to check mine tonight, it's been park for 2 weeks
1. When switching between modes, the icon is now the hatchback version and not the saloon.
2. For Wifi. there is now a QCode (the barcode scanner type) to activate your wifi as an option. This may have been there before, but I never noticed it. Makes hooking up to the wifi much easier.
