Mercedes a class 2016 CAR STUCK IN PARK AUTOMATIC
My Mercedes A180d is stuck in park and has a issues and it’s stuck and won’t get on the recovery trust anyone know how to manually realise the gear so the wheel can move at the moment the wheels don’t move and the car won’t get on to a recovery truck and can’t get it out my garage

Does it start and won't go into drive? If so its probably your brake switch, sometimes mounted on the brake pedal. Its part of the safety circuit. If the brake switch is bad the brake lights may not come on and may keep you from getting rear ended when coming to a stop.

the car starts but the car is stuck in gear and the gears are by the steering wheel and the wheels don’t move, I need to know a manual way to release the gearbox so the wheels ain’t stuck and move so I can push the car out the garage to put on a recovery truck. The car has no gearstick in the middle it’s by the steering wheel
