A220 Problems
The positive side of that is that I less often must deal with the so-called "Easy entry" feature. My wife is 5'2", so when I get in it is excruciating. Eventually forced the dealer to fix it by putting the seat in her position and having the advisor try to get in. Took them most of the day, and they eventually had to call Mercedes who said "Of course, known problem, there is a software fix" Which they downloaded in 20 min.
The seat now does move back slightly after she has been in it. Doesn't work for me as I'm too tall (5'9"!!). Dealer confirmed there is no adjustment possible. I said they should push Mercedes to fix it for larger North Americans.
I still hate that the user profile is not tied to the smart key. I looked back in our history and we have had that feature on Japanese cars since our 2004 Acura. Don't understand why Mercedes doesn't do it.
