I am DCA Certified Diamontologist, fool and I know how IGI uses a 'range' when grading... its BS. I only trust GIA and AGS but I guess Tiffany and yourself are too 'good' to be using a more reptuable laboratory. Oh and where you got you certificates... did they also teach you how to speak? Obviously not; you have the vocabulary and coherentness of a 5 year old.
Oh and may I please see a copy of the so called IGI Grading report you have on this necklace? If not the copy, then IGI grading number so I can look into it...

GIA ,YES THAT IS WHAT I USE ONLY AS A STANDARD GRADING NO ONE ELSE AND GRADUATED THERE .WHEN I WORK ON ENGAGEMENT RINGS IN SAY 30,000 TO 300,000. GIA DO NOT EVALUATE INSURANCE WORK BUT ONLY VERIFY THE GRADED STONES.IGI IN NYC ARE GIA GRADS AND CERTIFY INDEPENDENT APPRAISAL FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.NOT ALL APPRAISAL LAB ARE ACCEPTED BY THE INSURANCE CO.THAT IS ALL TIFFANY HAVE THEIR OWN GIA GRADS TO GRADE THEIR STONES.I DID MY GRADING IN NYC WITH A TIFFANY MANAGER SITTING NEXT TO ME .THAT IS ALL....A TIFFANY NECKLACE IS A TIFFANY AND NOT K-MART SPECIAL.
