Feeler: Modified 1999 CLK430
I'm looking at buying a new car and was wondering how much I could sell my CLK430 for. Please no lowball offers because I would rather keep this car than give it away. I have put ALOT of money into this car in the past year (New trans $4500, water pump, plugs and wires, MAF, harmonic balancer, oil changed every 4k w/ Mobil1 Synthetic 0W-40, rotors and pads last week, engine and trans mounts this week, renntech intake which retails for $2500, Eisenmann Race exhaust, H&R cup kit, Lorinser decklid spoiler, replica Carlsson RS front bumper, 19" Sevas S-Star wheel 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5 rear, SpeedTuning USA ECU tuning, all new bushings in the suspension, and other minor stuff). Car has ~100k on it right now. People on the W208 forum know how much I take care of my car and there are quite a few local (Washington DC) area members that will vouch for the condition of the car. There are minor dings and scratches as is expected for a 99. The rear bumper needs work because it has a crack in it (if the price is right I will have it repaired). This car turns heads everywhere I go! Serious offers only, thanks.

Thanks guys, the wheels are not a true 3 piece wheel although they are relatively light. I think they are like 25 or 27lbs up front and an extra 2 lbs in the rear. I'm trying to get that center pic bigger because thats my favorite pic ever taken of my car (these pics were taken before the lorinser decklid spoiler was installed).

I'm trying to get a renntech CLK60 if I can sell this car quickly. Not sure how much the crack in the rear bumper will cost but it wont be too expensive. Its not a huge crack, I just wanted to disclose the fact that it does have a crack in it. If I were to guess anywhere from $200-$400. Or you can just buy an aftermarket rear bumper and slap it on.

I replaced the transmission about 3 months ago. It was replaced with a E430 transmission and all the seals were replaced. Mercedes claims theres nothing wrong with their transmissions but I have seen others with the same problem.
