Wanna buy my house?

My brother and I spent over a year remodeling it for ourselves/parents, everything was thought through, and done with good taste and the highest quality, but my mom didnt want to move to Socal and my dad just recently passed away. My brother doesnt want to live in San Clemente; He loves Newport Beach too much, and i cant bear the responsibilty of paying 6k a month in mortgages when im just over 20 years old.....lol thats the story. Enjoy
and to spice things up, if one of you guys buy the house for asking price, ill buy you a brand new mercedes (not a C class or something junky either) at close of escrow. you know how some people say 'you will get a 500 dollar gift cert. to Best Buy if you buy my house' how bout a car ;P

heh, its alright, life isnt fair sometimes...but atleast i got to tell him goodbye and we forgave eachother for all the things we had done in the past..
and thanks for all the compliments, we really made everything custom..i wish the realtor showed the bathrooms, we remodeled the batherooms after the luxury suite Venician Hotel in vegas; Dark Brown marbel with light colored travertine throuhout the whole thing, and the master bath has 2 stainless stink sinks, a shower and a jacuzzi tub, and the other bathroom which i designed myself has a 6x5 shower with thick glass, black toilet and marble countertop with a black sink...
Its really sad to let it go, i hope the next owners appreciate everything in it.

hahahahaha, i was thinking along the lines of an e500 or something, but okay, no. lol
You live in newport..i saw the pict you put of your red SL witht he back of your head...that pict was taken on PCH and jamboree wasnt it? not too far from where i live/frequent. Newport is the best place on earth.

2.1 for that!!! no way, i live on the water in Sunset beach, w a dock, 4br, 3bath, 3 stry plus top level is a complete open top w/ spa, pool table and view of the ocean. and our house isnt worth 2.1........ buy my house for 2.1 and i'll buy u an E55

and if you have a house on the water with a dock, in socal..its worth more than 2.1m. in Newport beach ocean front is 5-9 million. san clemente its like 2-4 million. laguna beach...jesus like 9-15 million.
my condo in newport beach is is worth 1.5m and it has a sliver of an ocean view, so i dont know where you are getting your numbers

I didnt even look at the #'s i was assuming it was only worth 1.7, it was appraised about 3 years ago @ 1.5 & i didnt think the #'s would jump so much in the past 3-4 yrs. House was purchased in 2000 for 435k. But I did do some research and you are rgihtt, @ ditech.com they said the house has a High Vaule of 2.5 and a low value of 1.8. So, your right & I'm sorry.

yeah i agree, none of those pictures do it justice, but oh well. there are like 3 or 4 offers in already but i dont want to take any of them because for some reason all of them feel like lowballing me thinking im desperate...yeah no, heh.
