As far a price, recent sales vs. KBB kinda make pricing screwy but we'll have to see. I'll wait for some offers and then see.
Almost all of the major work has been done (new tranny and radiator) so it should be a relatively trouble free car. the remainder of the warranty and CPO warranty is a bonus compared to many C32's out there. Plus, maintanance is included.
KickR - Thanks. I really don't drive much in the city so the miles are from getting out of the city.
DiamondBlak05 - I'm not interested in selling the wheels separate from the car right now but I will contact you if things change

I also have the entire CD-ROM disc set for the nav (Bosch rel:01/05) including the MB case.
Discs 1-10 entire US and Canada

I am very interested in your car. Actually, I am currently looking at buying a similar car on e-bay (I've bought my last 2 cars on e-bay as well). With the anticipation of the new C-Class body style and the fact that they are now putting V8's in these cars, the C32 does not seem to be holding it's value as well as they have in the past. They are currently selling on e-bay from the mid $20's to the low $30's. For a few thousand more than you are asking (around $40K) you can get a used '05 C55. My point is, if you are willing to consider an offer in this range (high $20's to low $30's) please let me know and we can probably work something out. I live in Pittsburgh, PA and I visit NY regularly and could pick the car up. I currently have no other car payment, car to sell, trades, or any of that other business...This car could be bought and sold within a few weeks. If you are interested, please let me know via PM or e-mail and include additional pics of the car (interior (front & back), console, etc..).

The closest deal to mine is not really close at all. There is a C32 on ebay that has 29k miles (NO NAV and NO xenons) with the balance of the factory warranty for $31.8. Oh, the good news is that this particular one does include the monster truck, off-road OEM springs
. I'm asking less than $5k more for half the miles and an extended warranty to 100k miles that includes NAV and xenons. I'm not asking too much and I would rather keep the car then give it away.With that said, if you are interested in the car, e-mail me and I will respond with the pics.
