at ebay those wheels with new tires usually go for $900-1100 excluding shipping

yeah, i'm thinking $1k flat not including shipping. so local would be best unless you want to pay shipping. i am in no rush to sell these, i just need to make room in the garage for them and thats really my only problem, i can always use them in the winter. PICTURES to come, i promise...
and yes, i cannot wait till i get my Rims Arnold! < it will be one step closer to looking like your car!
anyway, you can see they are pretty much mint. the front right has a small curb rash less than an inch long, i couldnt even find it even though i knew it was there! anywya, very inexpensive to fix. i would like 1k (CDN) for it, so if you are in teh states then pay me in canadian funds. i dont think i can negotiate this price, i dont mind keeping them. shipping not included. let me know people, or they might go on ebay.
Geographic locations affect value adjustment, keep that in mind people.
As I'm from California, if only the seller was visiting sometime soon. Then I'd pounce on his rims, since the seller is very meticulous and detailed when it came to the small scratch on his wheels. Detailed people are good.

where does your friend live? b/c up here in Vancouver we have snow 3-5 days of the year. even when there is heavy snow fall (3+ inches) it is cleared over night. anyway, you obviously have never been up here, the weather is never extreme one way or the other. like i said, these are only for sale to make room, as for the price, sure, if you can find it on ebay, good on you. but this is the price i have set and that is what other members have suggested is a fair deal. the tires are used, yes, however, there is significant tread on them.
thanks for the news though.

these are already at 800$ CDN, and the quality on them is horrific (IMO). i will not have problems selling on ebay that i know, i figured i would offer it on the forum that has given me so much

You're right, in Vancouver itself, there isn't much snow at all. However, most people do travel a little bit with their car and I assume that within the province of British Columbia, you can find snow elsewhere.
Anyways, I really would buy rims from you if you were willing to ship them to California and to lower the price just a little bit. But unfortunately, this is probably not the most economical approach.
Definitely did not mean to insult you or to make any implications in any way.
Thanks!

no worries bro,
what would you offer me? i'm just curious.
I'm drooling. I'm looking for those rims for my CLK 430. Do you think that if you ran 255 / 35 / 18 in the rear that it would clear? Or will it rub?
Why couldn't there be a blake in Toronto.
