you can't save $9k in tax unless you claim the car is a gift, the most you can do is cheat on the value of the sales, and save few thousand in tax, but not all $9k tax. Private transaction doesn't equal to "NO TAX"

 

In Az and some states you can! Maybe not in Cali and a few other states... Cali is condisdered the worst and hardest state on taxes and car sales. Thats why I said it depends on the state you live in, please re-read the post above! Check with your local MVD.

In Az, you DO NOT pay ANY TAX when a car is sold from one individual (Private Party) to another individual (Private Party)..... It just cant be Dealer to Individual.

Yeah, but I really want the Gallardo! I helped a freind of a freind out that was in some $$$ trouble and took the Porsche off his hands.... I love the car, but I have really wanted the Lambo for a long time now. I am sure I will regret getting rid of it! I was at the gas station today that sell 100 octane fueling up and I swear I had at least 5 people around the car asking ???'s and looking at it..... Its an awsome car!
