!!! 99' S600 For Sale !!!
I bought a 99' S600. I love it, but it's not the car for me. It's an extremly straight, no stories car! It is fully maintained, up to date, from the local MB dealer. It has 89,000 miles. Black exterior on black leather interior. The paint is 8.5/10, interior is 9/10, mechanically is 10/10. The dealer just did$4558 in repairs/maintanance. 2 rear shocks, motor mounts, and a bunch of other things. I have a copy of the receipts. The trans shifts perfect as well at higher rpms. Looking to get what I have into it, which is $23,000. From what I understand, it's well below the value of what it's worth, especially with the recent work done. The car also comes with a set of AMG wheels and tires. My daytime number is 973-779-8405. My son is interested in it. Would you consider a trade for his 2003 Cadillac DTS with Factory DVD/Touch screen Navigation, Nightvision, the works. It is extremely well maintained and he has just put new Vogue tires, new pads/rotors, new electronic struts in front and rear, and more. It has 90,000 highway miles but looks and drives like it has 10,000 miles. According to KBB, the DTS is worth $1,100 more than the S600.

Sorry Leloz, looking for $$$$. 
I'm not sure if it was painted before. I've looked very closely at the entire car while waxing and have found 0 clues that it's had any paint work. If it has had paint work it is an AMAZING JOB, as there are no signs of overspray/orange peel/fish eyes on any panel.
Like I said I'm willing to take a hit to move it out the door. By the end of this week, a deposit must be put down on the SL I want. I hate borring money to buy toys. The 600 is clean and waxed in my garage readying for anyone who wants to come look at it, or the transport.

It's an awesome car the S600! I took my dad for a ride today around the block. He wants it instead of his 02' 540 Sport, but I have an M5 on the way for him which he doesn't know about yet. 25th anniversary present.

why did you buy the car?
i remember reading your posts about buying this vehicle in w140 forum no more than 2 weeks ago. Why did you buy it, why are you selling it without driving it even a month?
Didnt you know its so damm very hard to sell w140 S class, especialy S600 V12? V12 is too expensive to maintain and gas/mileage is awfull. Only an enthusiast would buy it. and it wont be within a few weeks.
My best advice would be trade it with a similar value vehicle and try to sell that one. something all stock and no more than V8. I am sure there are people who would trade their car for this S600 but cant afford 21k cash.
I can give you my 2000 C280 with 50k miles 75k/2 years warranty on it. for example, you could sell it much easier especialy with the warranty on it and low miles.

BTW, price drop to $20000 before it hits ebay for a no reserve auction. Herbert's sold for $20,000 I beleive. Mine just got over $4500 in service done and is in amazing shape, so I think I should get around the same. I also got my hands on some AMG wheels I am going to throw in the deal. Pics of the wheels come soon. Ill also post the ebay add here if noone takes it by then. Thanks again everyone.

It is a beautiful car, should look just like mine after those AMG wheels. $20K is a steal. I wouldn't sell my 1998 for less than $35K.. but then again I paid $85K for it when it was 1.5 years old 
Goodluck with the sale! Just take 40+ good pics on eBay and you will be golden. There is more market for these cars than you think.. the w140 S600 is desired among many enthusiasts.

I hope so bud. I am already taking a hit. I was thinking I could have gotton $23K for it easy. No big deal. I go through a lot of cars. It will up on ebay soon, hopefully.
