thanks guys... i love this car and i told myself i would drive it until it dies, but, my wife & i have a kid on the way and this car isn't the greatest for a baby... my wife doesn't want me to get rid of the car cause she knows i like it, but, i think its the right move...
as for getting a 2nd benzo, we are in the market to get a new house, so, can't lay down the cash for a 2nd ride... at least not right now

Whenever it come to return on investment (even though one shouldnt see their car as an investment), it is almost always best to part out the car and sell it as stock. Just some advice.

sorry everyone... as mentioned before, I can't commit to parting ANYTHING out until I know for certain the car will be sold as stock.... those who responded first will get first dibs WHEN AND IF the car is sold stock... if the car is sold AS-IS, nothing will be parted out.
I will keep everyone posted.

Everyone who responded with interest in the car or the parting out of the car, or just with compliments about the car, thank you very much for the interest.... but, THE CAR HAS BEEN SOLD!!!... The new owner flew down from Oregon and took the keys & title... I was sad to let go, but, the deed is done.
If someone sees my car up in Beaverton with a hot young chick driving, she's the new owner... I hope she takes care of my baby... she mentioned that she drives her car hard (or carelessly, broke her 350Z bodykit 6 times in 6 months - yikes!)
Car was SOLD AS-IS... so, NOTHING is left to part out....
On to get another Benzo to fit my baby, most likely an E-Class... Its been great hanging with the W208 crowd and I definitely won't be a stranger here... but, I may be spending more time in the W211 forum soon...
