new, I believe the E320 and the E350 runs on the same exhaust, as like my C320coupe is the same as a C230k coupe exhaust.
I cant tell you on a def scale, I have to look into it. Give me some time

I found out today that the exhaust is for the E320, and said shouldn't be a problem for the E350s, ask around in the W211 forums, Remus exhaust are sold seperate, Left and Right. should be around 300 each side
