I've decided to sell the takeoff wheels & tires from my 2006 CLS55, as the 20" Vellano VSM have been good to me for a month now except for the slightly harsher ride for which I was prepared. Pictures of my car with the stock as well as new wheels have been posted in the CLS55 forum previously, look there and you will find them. Interestingly, these same wheels are now OEM equipment for the 2007 SL55 !

F 8.5 x 19 / ET 25mm / 5 x 112mm [AMG Part# B6 603 1230]
OEM Pirelli PZero Rosso 255/35ZR19 96Y XL

R 9.5 x 19 / ET 28mm / 5 x 112mm [AMG Part# B6 603 1231]
OEM Pirelli PZero Rosso 285/30ZR19 98Y XL

Tires are mounted, balanced, and ready to bolt on a CLS or SL. They may work on other vehicles too; please refer to the fitment information above and do your own research !

The tires only have about 600 miles on well maintained Arizona roads and have sustained no damage. All have maintained air pressure over two months. Cost for a new set of these tires from Tire Rack is $1,424 without tax, shipping, mounting/balancing, installation, etc.

The AMG light-alloy wheels have the standard sterling silver paint finish. They have not not been chrome plated. Three of the wheels are absolutely perfect. The fourth has a very tiny paint chip along the edge that is barely visible even with close inspection. Center caps, metal valve stem caps and factory lug nuts are included. I think these wheels new cost about $4k for the set via dealers.

You may inspect the goods in person in Scottsdale, Arizona. I welcome local pickup, or I can ship them with buyer paying actual freight charges.

I believe I've seen a set of these wheels on a W211 E... and I'm interested but I'm worried that the offsets are too extreme... do you know if these will fit a W211?

the rims fit...

but the 285's will need to be replaced by 275's...

do a search on the classifieds on the CLS55 wheels and you will find what you are looking for in more detail.

I'm looking to get a E55 soon, this will be my first mod for sure... these wheels are the best AMG wheels to date.

what if i just stick to something like 265 or 275 tires? my car is a mere V6, so i don't really need the 285s in the back...

The wheels fit just find if you have 275's in the back. Sits really clean.

 

Wheels are still available. Here are a few more pics taken in better light. Also got my detailer to thoroughly clean and glaze them after finishing with my car today.
