FS Renntech C/F air box & filters CLK 5.5
The Renntech air box is a direct Fit. Fits perfectly. Is real easy to install . It takes about 1+ 1/2 minute. It just fit down over 4 rubber grommets & the air throttle valve. It is so easy to change. It doesn't effect your warranty. If you are worried about the dealer looking at you sideways!! . Take 3 minutes and change back to the original air box. This box is in perfect / like new condition. I only used it for dyno runs & some drag Racing. I might have a 1000 miles on it..
I brought it as a Package upgrade kit from Renntech . That is Air box /+filters. & EUC Chip reflash.
$3500.00. If we take out the ECU reflash ,while they charge (Renntech) $2000.00. It would break down be $1500.00 for the air box. If you noticed ,I also installed a heat reflective thermotech Blanket on the underside. That was about $50.00 , Plus @ hours of labor, But it is done right.
I want $1200.00. Includes shipping U.S.A.only. You can not buy ,Just the air box From Renntech. So this is a great savings. E-Mail me tynerfla@bellsouth.net Thanks ___PTE___

Well I had a lot of questions on Fitment of the above listed air box. So I'll list some
#1-- does it really make Hp. ---yes I have a before & after dyno sheet to prove it. I've made 33 dyno pulls & I can tell you what works.
#2-- It will not fit 2001 & older N/A motors with out some mods to the air inlet tubes that bring the air from the grill to the C/F box
#3-- It will fit perfectly
2002 & newer CL-500
2002 & newer SL-500
2002 & newer CLK-500 & 5.5 AMG
2006 & newer SLK- 5.5 AMG
2005 & newer C-5.5 AMG
