*FOR SALE* 2006 E55 - Designo Edition QUICK SALE SOCAL
2006 Designo edition E55 with Designo graphite metallic grey (only less than 5 made in U.S each year or less)
Usual package: dynamic seat, rain sensors, parking sensors, pano roof, etc. Only thing don't have is trunk closer and distronic
Car is immaculate inside out, bone stock with exception of 3M clear bra and ulta light 3M tint 70% UV protection and brabus door pins.
Odometer is about 6100 miles right now, did 2 oil service that's about it.
Looking for quick sale in SoCal , price $67k. Sticker is $99k when bought less than a year ago in September'06.

KBB wholesale trade in is 74k, 70k, 64k depending on condition (excellent, good fair). Private party value ranging anywhere from 70 to high 70's. My asking price 67k!

Wholesale is about $58-59k, but his car has low mileage, well equipped and with the designo package. His car is priced right for private party sales.

Here are some exterior pictures. I'll take some interior pictures for tomorrow and update on this thread. Some people asked why I want to sell it, well I don't really want to but I am picking up a Cayenne TT this week and don't really need 2 garage queens. As for daily driver I have a 03 Chevy truck, 06 Nissan 350Z, 06 328i, and if I get to steal my brother's key while he's sleeping I drive his 06 M5. So I hardly drive the E and so will be the C-TT, but SUV makes more sense for me at this point.
But my evil side is telling me to keep both cars and sell the E55 when E63-TT is out...but at any rate if any lucky buyer comes up to take this car at the price I am offering then I won't mind letting it go to the right owner since this is the last year model supercharged Benz available, practically brand new and my loss is your gain with a 35+k discount compare to any new E63's.

Car looks great but can you tell me what the "designo" edition is?
I'm in the market for a 2006 white e55....your is tempting but one thing that worries me is the CA title since I plan on taking it back home to Oregon and I know CA is a pain when it comes to taxes....

Not sure about the tax issues you are facing but designo package is the designo graphite exterior metallic grey paint, comes with specially burled pattern wood trim and the leather color is also matching the outside designo graphite coloring.

If you have oregon address already, you could always register it there immediately and don't need to pay CA sales tax. But if not, there's nothing you could do.

Depending how the dealer pick the designo package, but this one is designo graphite metallic paint, matching soft leather and the pattern on the wood trim is a special burl wood finish.
In all honesty the car in person looks 100 times better than the pics, I guess I am not a much better photographer over my brother afterall.

Car Sold!
Thanks for all the interests in the cars, next Tuesday the car will go to a good home. I finally took the car out for a drive today since the last 3 weeks been parked in the garage, nice sunshine out so I decided to take some last few pics. All I have to say is this car will look GOOD with a 20" Radenergie R10 and lowering module and I am gonna miss her...
