FS: LAST PRODUCTION Brand New RENNtech Pulley W203 | M271
I bought [according to RENNtech] the last M271 pulley they have produced. They were apparently not making these pulley's for this motor anymore.
I bought the kit from RENNtech for $990, new. But I've ran into a laundry list of problems with my car and am unable to install it. The kit is new so my loss is your gain. I hate to see it go, but I'm not attempting any engine mods with my car. Talk about feelings depressed
The kit consists of:
- Crankshaft Pulley
- Tesioner
- Plus Belt
Considering its new, I know I'm not going to get what I paid for it, so that blows. But I'd like to start at $950. I expect low ballers [its a sale, c'mon], but please be reasonable.
Thanks
Jay
Any questions/concearns, feel free to ask.

'05 C230 coupe auto
A few questions
Ok,
I have a C230 coupe and this will deffinitely fit it.
I have also warranty till 100K or Dec 2008. Would this thing void my warranty?
Also, my dad has an E55 Brabus with the whole Brabus package. And one of the things he HAS to change every 15K miles is the belt. Does this belt require replacement like the Brabus one?
Is 950 your absolute best price?

I'm open to decent offers. however the fact that its brand new is kinda hard to muster or entertain the lowest of lows.
yes it will void a portion of the warranty. not fully void it. [which by the way, they have to prove IF any manufactured aftermarket part is the cause of a problem].
Changing the belt is something expected normally. its based on usage, wear and tear of the vehicle. Your indy mechanic or service tech will surely be able to keep you informed.

1. My car is a CPO and was sold to me EXACTLY that way. I was told that was impossible.
2. All C classes have bushing or suspension problems, look at all the TSB's.
MB sux big time and I wont buy another car from them. I let the customer service rep have it when they called me to check up on me. I let them know my next car will be a GM.

Not exactly sure [cause ive not been in that particular situation], but I do know its something I've heard. Had I been in that position to where I had t fight with the dealership, I totally would.
yeah im on the fence with another MB, as proeblematic as this one has been in the last 2 months, it just hasnt made my first time MB owning a great impression. I think it was after the whole Diamler merge that their quality turned to *****.
on that note
