The COMAND + NAV are going as a bundle for $2000 (OBO).
The TV-tuner is giong for $700 (OBO).

Does the TV Tuner come with the antenna? And when plugged into the COMAND unit, does COMAND automatically know there's a TV source? Or will there have to be some programming done through the StarDiag computer?

The TV Tuner is being sold as a standalone unit (no antenna).
I believe you need StarDiag to reprogram your vehicle accordingly (but I can't remember for sure)
