I am a well known member in a Canadian MB Forum at www.mbfanatics.org (benz_addict) with over 800 posts and counting. Not as active on the American forums but only when I want to do business.
My friend got the aluminum trim and he upgraded to a MCS COMAND and digital climate control so it's you're chance to upgrade your old pre-face lifted W203 to the new style.
Includes everything you see above, COMPLETE SET

You can get it all to fit, but you can't just plug this stuff in to MY04 and older W203's. There is way more work involved than just swapping parts out.

no it will not fit without changing the rear bracket that holds the comand first. The radio will not plug in directly. Check my thread on converting a d2b car to a MOST based car. http://web.mac.com/motorwerks/German...rt_(MOST).html
