The car is still for sale. The auction was to have a reserve and the minimum was not met. All the details are in the link.

No I have not heard a thing. I noticed the following morning of list the item that the reserve did not take. At that time, I posted the extra details letting all know that there was a reserve. It cost me an extra $50 bucks because it was considered sold by Ebay, so they get there final value fee.

Anyone who is serious about buying, make an offer. I have seen these on Ebay with more miles, No Pano Roof, No Keyless Go, No Dynamic Seats for $36-37K. Will consider resonable offers.

PRICE DROP! $38K Firm! If you want a E55 that has low miles that averaged 6500 miles per year and has all options, then this is your car. This car is perfect and needs nothing at all. Here's some pictures.

Yeah, I know! Some guys around here try and Lowball and give Lowball numbers off other cars that have higher miles and less options and try to tell you it's the same car. This car is priced right for someone who understands you get what you pay for.

You are correct! I have know idea how I came up with that. I must have been doing some other numbers and came up with that. We'll 10,000 miles a year still is well under average. The price at $37K is fair for the miles, year and options compared to cars I have seen on EBAY Motors.
