step1 - buy the bumper 1st
step2 - get part # of ur bumper
step3 - STFF for the reinforcement part # that fits ur bumper
step4 - go to oempartsdirect and enter that part #
step5 - use ur credit card to pay

that not it, its a plastic part that goes with the bumper cover
