It sounded great! On my 300E 3.2L
I installed it without the center muffler. Dual exhaust from the cat back.
But I felt it was too loud for my aging taste.
So I removed it & installed the proper Remus with a center muffler.

I had same model exhaust on my E430 without resonator and it sounded mean !

It states it fits these Diesels:E320 CDI aka: 210.026 & E270 CDI aka: 210.016.

You live close, we can size it up!
