E500 17" Sport wheels with snow tires

I have a set of wheels off of my old E500 for sale. They are the fat-spoke 17" Sport Wheels. These wheels are in good condition with normal wear and tear. The wheels have Bridgestone Blizzak tires (245/45/17) on them that are in very good condition. These wheels are not perfect but they are very nice "driver" quality. I am selling them for $450 plus shipping, which is less than a set of snow tires would cost. Please click on the below link for additional pictures. Thanks.

C230 Sportcoupe
Iceman, if this combo will fit my 2003 C230 Sportcoupe, consider them sold. I can paypal the money over today. I just need to find out if they'll fit as I don't know jack about rims/tires. All I know is I am in desperate need of a winter setup, and tirerack shows the 17" tires for my car as 225/45/17. If these bolt up with no problems, it's a done deal. Can you just figure out what shipping to PA (19053) would cost while I look for an answer? Thanks

Boltholes in wheels are different. You will need to find custom bolts

You want your tires to be as narrow as possible for winter setup. Running 245s on a relatively light sportcoupe wouldn't be advisable. Just my .02

C230 Sportcoupe
Thanks amdeutsch. I wasn't aware of that. I'm also starting to think that I might have some problems with the front. The E500 rims are 8.5 wide with a 35mm offset, but not even the 19's for the Sportcoupe are listed with those specs. I think the wheels might be too wide for my car.

Ahh, more good info! Thanks 360. OK, that's that then. I'm out. Sorry for taking up space in your thread.

2003 E500 Sport
Are there any scuffs or road rash defects on the outer lip? I am looking for a new set for my 03 e500.

There are a couple of rims that have a little rash, but nothing too bad. Please see the link to the pictures in my original post, as I took detailed pictures of the wheels and any blemishes.

No problem Topshelf - I would not have advised to try to force these onto a C-Class. They will, however, turn any E-Class into an absolute tank in the snow! We would take my car over my neighbors Sequoia when it snowed!
