I want to sell these soon, but if I do not get any offers I will list them on eBay in a couple days. Email me @ foster28@gmail.com

They dont.
The SL65 wheels fit an E55 since their off-sets are 31 and 30. The CL/S65 wheels have way to shallow an off-set to work on the W211 chassis.
The wheels sold here are hard to fit on cars where the SL65 wheels are quite flexible as far as fit goes.

A front ET of 44 is extremely close on the inside. Anything large with tires is basically guaranteed to hit the strut tube and run into the inner fender on compression.
In the rear an ET 46 sits extremely inboard as well. I have ET 40 on a 9.5 on my current W211 and there is not much space at all on the inside with a 285 tire. With your fitment you are sitting 6 mm closer on the inside.
The ideal off-sets for a W211 with those width wheels is a front of 35 and a rear of 40.

What size tires do you use?
