Columbia South Carolina,the items been use around a year,the steering wheel still looks new,lip has some scatches on the bottom but you can't see it installed,and couple small rock chips nothing big has to be up close to see it. i have good rating on Supraforums.com if anybody worries screen name is rushracer94
