WTB: Michelin Pilot Tires
This is a long shot but does anyone have Michelin Pilots (H rated is ok too) in the size 225/45/17 or 235/45/17 for sale? Thanks!

You're probably looking for new tires, but I have 2 of the 225/45/17 and 2 of the 245/40/17 off my CLK 430 and they have about 12k miles on them....I took them off to put my winter tires on the car and now I'm thinking about buying some 18", so I might not need these tires...however, I'd want to sell all 4 as a package.
They are Y rated tires.
If you're seriously interested, please post here (I don't read private messages or emails very often). However, I think the shipping costs would be more expensive than the tires! Thanks!

When it comes time to buy new tires, I'll probably get them from tirerack.com....once in a while, they'll have crazy sales...your tire at will probably run about $150 each. The 245s were about $169.

Yeah, tirerack is great. I bought a set of Nittos for my 944 S2 dirt cheap from them. I just bought new Kumho Ecsta Tires from them and I absolutely hate them. Hence the reason why I am looking for a set of Michelins. I am probably going to have to throw these Kumhos away after only 700 miles of use. They make so much noise and are hard as a rock, you pay for what you get

I have 4 Michelin Pilot Sport Tires in good condition off of a set of C7 wheels I would be willing to sell. 225/45-17. I can take a digital picture if your interested.
You say you don't like your Kumho's? I love mine. Maybe we can do a bit of a trade?

I will try to take some pics in the next day or two.
I also just realized that your Kumho's won't fit on my new wheels.![Frown](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/frown.gif)
My new wheels are AMG Split spoke 17's 7.5in wide in front and 8.5 in the back. (I think)
I am still able to sell my Mich Pilot Sports that came off my C7 wheels though. I will take some pics soon.
