You said for $850 he should have gotten a CL500...that would have taken $28,500 down to do...I think he made the right choice.

First off....
I can comment on any god damn thing I want.
Second off
I was surprised to see such a high car note especially on a leased car. I BOUGHT my clk 430 with 20,000 down and a trade in so my payments were sub $500. That is why I commented. I figured if your paying almost 1000 a month you might as well get something more serious than a clk 500.. Come on...
By the looks of it, not only can you not afford that CL500 but you can not afford this clk500 lease thats why your selling the car not even a year old.
tifosiv, come on man why are you even looking in this section.

I bought a '98 SLK when I turned 18. I just sold it in 2003 with 9K original miles.
At the same time I had a Maxima with $25,000 in mods and I bought a 2001 Jaguar S-Type.
I decided to sell the Max and pick up the Coupe...again $31K in cash...plus another $6K in mods...
Ohh, and a 'beater' 1990 E300...
All my cars are paid for...all in cash.
So...lets do the math...1990 E300, 1998 SLK, 2001 Jag S-Type, and 2003 C-Coupe...all at the same time, all paid in cash....and i'm in the wrong section?
Just because I don't feel the need to list every car I own in my sig doesn't mean I can only afford a 'lowly' coupe.

Come on Tifosiv, DON'T LIE. i remember you from back on maxima.org. Im not exactly sure what 25,000 in mods you claim you had but your mod list wasnt even as close to people like y2kev or any of the other guys. Maybe 2500.
Anyway, im getting bored with this hijacked thread . Do me a favor and next time stay out of grown folks conversations tough guy.

If I remember correctly you could purchase a dry kit for the NOS for about $500 and the wet kit was about $1500 with all the accessories.
The most expensive mod for your maxima would be a $5000 stillen supercharger which you DID NOT HAVE.
Ill give you
2000 for your vdo,
2000 for your audio ,
2000 for your suspension
2000 for your nos,
2000 for your interior
and you are still short 15,000
The only way you can put $25,000 into a 97 maxima is if you bought a 96 maxima fully loaded and towed it on the back. Stop hyping up your chump car resume and stay out of my post.

I didn't realize this was your post...to me, it looked like Buck started it. If you didn't make that dumb comment I would have never responded.
Sorry Buck, I just wanted to take a peak at your ride, didn't mean to start a war in your thread.
