FS: W203 Bi-xenon Headlight original w/ Xenon bulbs & ballast too

Here's the little story..

My car is 2002 C320 W203.. of course I did have the original UNclear Xenon headlights... then I bought custom aftermarket Bi-xenon from steve.. but then till 3 months ago, I had a car accident.. and they had to change a brand NEW headlights for me, so I got these 2004 W203 Bi-xenon Headlights, FYI 2004 W203 Bi-xenon came with Xenon Bulbs and Ballast too...

the Bi-xenon is Brand New, since My car has just been out from the mercedes dealer shop 2days ago, so I took it of and put my original UNclear headlights into my car.. since I'm planning to sell my car.. after the accident...

Give me an offer that I cant refuse...

thanks

Henry

Forgot to Mention : I'm selling my Clear Fog Lights Too..

Does anyone else thing $2200 for Bi-Xenon & Fogs are a bit much? I think more like $1000 or so would be the correct price range. Elite quoted me $2200 for the Bi-Xenon & Fogs, a bit too much man!

Well,

I dunno if that bit too much or not.. but If you guys wanna talk about the price in the thread lets do it... gimme your highest price.. and as you know negotiation is always can be done..

I know that you could probably get Bi-xenon with minor defects from steve / MBNZL for around $1000 + shipping (since that's what I got from him before.. but then I had accident and insurance get me brand new from dealer but All I know steve's bi-xenon didn't come with xenon ballast bulb... and remember there are some minor defects in steve's bixenon...

unlike MIne, they are BRAND NEW from MErcedes Dealer at least from here... COLUMBUS, OH and after I looked at the bill for my car after the accident..
the Bixenon cost $3500 (both) and like I said my car just got out from the dealer shop 3 days ago.. so.. they are all BRAND NEW.. without any scracth...

and they are 2004 Bixenon headlights..

any other info... please PM me.. or if you guys decide to talk about the price in here.. I don't care.. and I would love to hear your offer...

How about $5K for the set ? I figure, since dealer need to make 50% profit margin, I may as well give you the same margin ????

How about $5500 ?

How about eBay, the fairest market on earth. Post it there and see how much you can get for it ?

How about $8000 ??

addition : I never ask any more then $2200... and that's still my starter price..

You can buy brand new bulbs for $200 at most -- that really means nothing to the final price. It's not that I don't have enough money to buy your bi-xenons, it's I'm not stupid enough to pay 2x what they really sell for.

If you ever come down to $1200.00 for the Xenon & Fogs, I'm a buyer.

Let me get this right.....you bought the bi-xenons from steve for $1,000. Now, your insurance company has been cheated by you because obviously you told them your lights are brand new genuine 100% MB parts (otherwise, they wouldnt replaced you with brand new parts). After you looked at the bill and discovered that a brand new set from the factory costs $3,500, then you decided to cheat again and try to rip ppl off by selling the lights in here for $2,200. Well, thats not my point, you can sell at whatever price you want in here. I am not going to challenge your price. BUT, a potential buyer is pointing out to you that your asking price is too high and offer you with a more reasonable price, then you started complaining that he is xxx xxx at you? Come on, be real and be fair. I can get the same lights brand new in the box for USD1,400 shipped. Give me one reason why anyone would want to buy yours at $2,200. I was going to ask you for pricing cause a customer of mine is looking for bi-xenons, but after reading this, no thanks!!! You should feel lucky if you can now sell the new lights for $1,000 and call it a wash.

When you're buying something, you would squeeze the last drop out of the seller, when you're selling something, you set some unreal price. You cant always be winning one!

Your customer got away because of ME?

why is that though? I really dont understand..

I can even refer you SJT03CLK, he wants to buy bi-xenon headlights.. maybe he can get a good price from you.. how's that sound?

you are the one have to be real? I think.. I don't even know your customer.. and like I said.. $2200 was my 1st price.. and see what people think.. :p :p

but no need to fight over this people... hahaha.. if you feel like to buy.. message me.. if not... keep it for yourself....

and btw.. I've been lowered the price to $1800 since yesterday... like I said.. I thought it won't be comforatble to speak prices out here.. but I guess not huh.. seems like you guys really want me to speak out my prices out here.. OK that's find I dont mind with that at all.. just as letting you all know my price is $1800/obo shipped anywhere in US (I went to UPS the other day.. and they quote me $170 for shipping with $1500 insurance.. can any1 suggest me cheaper shipping service.. cuz I will definately lower the price if I can find better deal in shipping.. )

and welll Harris.. the problem is.. I didnt tell any BS to my insurance.. infact... It wasnt my insurance who pay the bill.. it was the guy's who hit my car insurance... p

thanks

as MBworld Sponsor you really like to blame people huh? and as far as I can understand eventhough I'm not that expert in technical.. my bixenon is different from what I got before from steve.. and least it has xenon hi beam
now..

Hehe.. well.. before I posted this thread, I did some research and I found this..
https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...hlight=bixenon

found out you said the price is competitive ..

and I'm just want to sell my bi-xenon base on this..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

but mine does have clear fogs + xenon hi beam so..

prove me if I'm trying to rip off ...

and one last thing.... I've seen you said something completely opposite of what you've just said to me earlier in the thread...
check this out....

The price of brand new bi-xenons has gone up a bit in the past few months. That is not an unrealistic price.
do you always like that Harris?

peace

Have you listed them on ebay as well?

One can covert foglights to clear by just changing lenses at minimal cost: $15 - $20 per lens. Personal preference. Otherwise I've seen pricing of those on here ranging from $150 (Steve) to ~$250 new.

Are you just emphasizing the difference here between xenon and bi-xenon here or did you convert your separate H7 highs to xenon as well?

I have never known Harris to give anything but good, honest valuable advice. I'm sure he had lots of lost sales because of Steve, healthy competition; new versus slightly used, but that has never deterred him from being open and honest in his business dealings with members on this forum. He knows what he is talking about.

I'm sorry I don't quite understand with your questions, but when I got the car out from the benz shop after repairing, they told me my Bi-xenon are even come with Xenon Hi Beam too.. which I didn't have it before...
I'm sorry I don't quite understand about technical stuff too much but if you could explain me more.. I would really appreciated..

do you want some pics? if you need some pics I can send you some.. please gimme your email add..

p.s. amdeutsch I'm sorry I didnt mean to look for trouble or anything.. I'd say I'm sorry if I said something wrong earlier in the forum but I never meant to rip off anybody.. I'm just wanna sell my headlights and Fogs, thats all..

You dont have to refer me to SJT03CLK, I know him. He is Sean, I've talked to him a while ago. He asked me for bi-xenons and I told him I dont have the best price out there and I even asked him to try another vendor. How's that??? FYI, I run a business in an honest and open way. I can never have the lowest pricing on anything all the time. If I do, I dont mind giving out good deals to others, if I dont, I might point you to the right person.

You know the eBay ones are selling for around $1,200. Someone is selling a brand new set also for $1,200 and you are selling for USD2,200??? Now that people discovered your "tricks", you start lowering the price to $1,800?? $400 may not seem a lot of money to you, but it sure seems a lot of money to me. Assuming a guy who knows nothing about bi-xenons jumped in and bought yours for $2,200, would you tell him: "wait, dont pay me $2,200, thats just an "asking" price, pay me $1,800 instead!" Prove me that you are NOT trying to RIP PEOPLE OFF!

When I am buying something, I want my money "well spent". If I think a certain item is justified for a certain price, I will pay for whatever amount it costs. But if I know someone is trying to rip people off, it is not a good thing.

I do stand behind on what I said, I did make that comment "....If people are not buying, please stay out of comments like "you can get this at xxx for $xxx". Who knows the condition of the eBay ones?......" When I made that comment, the other guy was not buying anything. You can see he is only trying to be a smart a$$ and tell people that you can buy them on eBay for xxx. But I dont think you get my point, I am NOT trying to intervene your sale, if I do, I would have told you that I am selling for xxx or whoever is selling for xxx. I am commenting SOLELY because I dont like the way you treated Sean. He disclosed your price but you dont like it, then you tried to make him look bad. This is just not right. Also, I consider myself as a potential buyer. If your price is right, I will consider buying it for my customer because he doesnt care whether its new or used. "Your customer got away because of me". Hahaha.....please dont over-estimate yourself, you dont have that much power. Where did I say my customer got away because of you.

Bi-xenons have a shutter internal to its housing that allows them to stay on when you go to high beams. This will give a different light spread when compared to xenons. I would highly suggest you use the feature this forum offers to learn more about the differences. People on here are highly knowledgable and will pickup on the information provided.

No thank you. I'm not interested in pics. I know what everything looks like. Plus if I were in the market I would probaly look at existing sponsors or members with a higher post count. Whichever one would give me the best deal.

Good luck to you.

What a complete idiot...

:o :p

Way to make a complete a$$ out of yourself schleprock.

I have some bi-xenon's for sale at the low low price of $66,247.23. These came off a very rare 1976 Mercedes sedan. I will accept offers of nothing lower then $65,000.00...

You all better hurry while they last!
