I got an e-mail from someone, so I figured i'd share my answer with all.

I am still using the stock BOSE system. The installer will remove the stock head unit, remove the stock AMP (or leave it, just unplug it). The Pioneer system will plug directly into the speakers because the brain is an AMP as well. This will work with your factory speakers.

I do not have another AMP or aftermarket speakers. This was installed in my Coupe in December '02, and my system works perfectly, speakers and all.

$575 would just be the Navi, not the whole system. For $575 i'd give the system to my parents first.

I've been getting a lot of the same questions...

1. Will I part out?
Yes and No
I will be willing to part, but I want to sell it together, so I wont decide right now.
Screen/Brain - $450 together + Shipping
Navi - $575 + Shipping

2. If I buy the set or just the Screen/Brain, will it work with the stock speakers? Do I need anything else?
Yes, it will work the stock speakers, no everything you need is supplied.

3. I dont have all the money now, but I want the system?
I will accept a $200 deposit on the system and hold it for up to 2 weeks. This deposit will be non-refundable even if you decide you don't/can't buy it anymore. I'd rather not do it this way, but the option is open to you.

hey erik, i just wanted to give you a heads up. i had the same lcd/headunit and brain as you and i just sold them on ebay for $825 buy it now. i think i could have got more but i just wanted to move the units after i sold my w202. i would have kept them but then i couldnt use the steering wheel buttons in the clk. with the navi i think you should be getting upwards of $1100-$1200. just food for thought.
