silver/ black face brand new Rolex Daytona
I recently acquired a silver/black face Daytona which comes with box and papers. Papers are clean and non titled yet. The watch has not been fitted yet and is still wrapped in its protective plastic. This is an F series model which is the current year. Avoid the long wait! I just sold my house and I just incurred some unexptected expenses.

when I bought my last 2 rolex watches, they didn't come "wrapped in plastic". I believe the replicas come wrapped in plastic.
Also, the watch is not called silver/black.....it's called a Stainless Daytona w/ black face.

first off, I purchased this watch at Ben Bridge, thank you for your candor in regards to my post count. I will be willing to part with it for $10,000. The watch is authentic and comes with box and papers.

why not sell it on ebay with the generic pics you posted with all the other fakes or post up real pics of the watch along with all original, authentic papers, box and receipt.
what plastic wrapping are you talking about? are you talking about the clear stickers that protect the case?
dude, if you wanna even try to sell a watch on mbworld for $10,000, please make yourself a bit more credible. many members here, including myself collect watches and i for one would never even think of purchasing this watch from you based on everything you posted. you are the exact reason why i always buy all of my watches from reputable, authorized dealers. good luck with your sale!

Also, if you have just incrued unexpected expenses, wouldn't you want to sell the watch at a reasonable price, so it sells a lot quicker???? at 10K, you'll be holding onto it for a LONG while......that is if you don't just have a fake.

Thanks for the kind words and suggestion, I will take the pics and post for you. I understand your concern and would not not want you to get the wrong perception as well. I too would not want to be had and can see this as being suspicious without pics of the actual product. I should have put some more thought into my original post. Thanks for your suggestions guys.

I asked my friend who is the watchmaker for Mayors in tampa and he verified they come wrapped up when the receive them from Rolex.
$10000 is WAY to high, I can get them all day long for $8500-9000 brand new with open papers. So if you want to move it Id suggest dropping the price and providing some credible references.
The only people that might pay $10000 would be someone in Japan or China, they go nuts for the stainless Daytonas.

I apologize in advance for my photography. This is a STAINLESS STEEL ROLEX DAYTONA with Black Dial. This watch is one of the rarest on the market today. THIS ROLEX IS IN NEVER WORN CONDITION. Still in the factory seals!! Rolex box, outer box, polish cloth, hang tags, and papers. This ROLEX DAYTONA comes with Stainless Steel Oyster Band, New Generation Movement, Clasp and Flip Lock. The papers are clear and have not been dated till I get the name of the buyer and all the funds clear. I was so excited when she finally arrived after the long wait but unfortunately I recently encountered some huge plumming problems in my house which take precendence over my toys.

You just sold your house. You have all the cars in your sig. Now you encountered a plumbing problem in your house that needs to be fixed. Therefore you want to sell your watch at a premium on a car forum. I'm still confused. I guess I'll never understand how someone can live that close to the edge moneywise.

Rolex doesnt permit wainting lists for Daytonas anymore, but dealers will hold a Daytona for a preferred customer. Chances are he was regular customer and they offered the watch to him. Retail on a Staineless Daytona is $7300 (might be wrong), so if he was hurting for money he would be sellling it for what he paid. Dealers have no idea what they are getting thats why he made the mistake of saying the face was silver. Which is wrong anyway, since Daytonas only come in black and white. Silver faced Daytonas only come in two tone.
In other words he should just be honest and say he is trying to make $2000.... I see nothing wrong about that.. After all I am waiting for a stainless Daytona myself, but I am not greedy Ill flip mine for $8500.
I think his plumbing is clogged full of BS!

By the way, Verone, your signature says that you have a 99 E46 BMW. There is no such thing as a 99 BMW E46. Only E36. You don't even know what kind of car you have and you expect us to believe that you know what kind of watch you have?

guys, thansks for your responses, they are greatly appreciated. What happened to me was not what I expected. The plastic wrap that you keep bringing up and making fun of me is around the band and is an indication that it is a brand new piece. I didnt mean to offend people by my post, simply wanted to sell my watch.
