WTB/T: 18s that will clear C32 brakes and....
fit a 208 with no spacers. I got a wobble with spacers! Would be willing to trade Zennetti Duce 18s (that need a 10mm spacer)...any takers?

are your spacers hub-centric? it really shouldn't wobble or shake if properly balanced with hub-centric spacers....

its wobbly because the spacer isnt hubcentric to the rim itself

they are H&R 10 mm spacers. Is that that wrong kind?

also, does the spacer fit snug on your front hub? because i have to dremel mine a little to make it fit snug, i think its possible that it could be lose causing the vibration when you past 60mph

just because its a 10mm H&R spacer, its not necessarily right... it has to be a 10mm H&R spacer MADE for a MB. not all wheel's require a hub-centric ring...

like Ken said, check the spacer for a "lip"... if it has it, then ite hubcentric... if its just a flat 10mm spacer/disc, then, its not hubcentric

This post in the tire rim section drew a reply to indicate that 10mm on the frontis bad and that there is no way to get rid of the wobble.

i had 19" CL wheels which came standard with +44 & +46 offset... I added 10mm spacers to both front & rear and drove it all just fine... even in 100+ speeds, the car felt fine. No shake, no wobble...

there are people out there that feel the use of spacers in itself is not safe and they don't recommend it... however, there are a lot more people out there that condone the use (and use it themselves)....

I have the same rims and BBK and they clear the C32 BBK with no problems. You need a wheel thats offset is ET 35 inorder to clear the BBK.
