Went with the Moonlight White Metallic vs your Alpine Grey - struggled between the two as they are both great choices imo. Interior, seats and trim choices are identical. Didn't opt for the AMG Performance Studio Package though I can see it working on your build. Went with the L6K AMG Performance Steering wheel in Napa Leather / Microfiber and somehow the 443 Heated Steering Wheel option popped up along with it - will see.

Aside from the body color the biggest difference is the wheel choice. Looking at additional images online, I believe your choice of the RVS cross-spoke forged wheels in black may be the way to go with the AG body color. To that end - I am rethinking my original choice of the relatively busy RTM Y-Spoke wheels and may submit a change order to go with the RVR cross-spoke wheels in grey. Again, wheel choice being the toughest decision here.

Also see the 293 Rear Side Airbags listed as Standard Accessories. May be a sensible change for the MY25 cars.

Lastly - my Vehicle Information page correctly lists the DA2 Driver Assistance Package and yet breaks down seven of the package's individual component options along with a second listing in Options as P20 Driver Assistance Package. Haven't a clue, I might inquire on this as well.

Production Date estimate of November, Third Decade is repeated on the last page as 10/29/2024. Looks as if you're ahead by one day. Hard to guess when they'll arrive, though based on my limited experience we might have our cars a few days before Christmas.
I would go the new wheels design for sure, also the Energizing Air Control Is a nice option for $200 (it has an ionizer and better filtration) and once gain was not listed on the DOG, so I sent my dealer an email this morning to ensure he adds it. Once the config is up on MBUSA we'll see exactly what's going on re the rear side airbags and my bet is they are not standard. Your combo is very nice, and I also considered Moonlight. We are both blessed to be ordering/driving these kinds of sweet machines, although in my case this will be the wifey's, I hope to get some serious drive time in it

LOL
Have you driven the new 25 g550? It's super nice driving.

No I haven't. I've never bought the same car back to back, so it's always something new to experience.

Nice catch RJC - and thanks for the heads up.

Included The Energizing Air Control option in my MY24 build using the online configurator. Not listed as a selectable option on either the MY24 or MY25 DOG's - it never made it to my build sheet. Fired off an email to my S/A for the add. Also swapped the wheels - will be going with the RVR cross-spoke wheels in grey.

Hopefully that's the last of the changes.

Excellent. I am really torn with the black or silver RVR's...

Frankly, I'm tired of the G. I'm not sure if there's anything MB could improve that would make me want to buy back-to-back G's. My primary car just prior to the G was an M6 convertible, so I need a change every now and then. The Toyota will be my practical everyday local runabout and the CLE will be my long range commuter.

Based on my own indecision regarding wheels - I’m not the guy that should be offering advice on the subject.

Nonetheless …

Since you’re going with the Studio Package - the black forged wheels might be a good fit overall.

Makes sense.
I was impressed with the new inline six/MHEV, the ride, interior comfort, and new tech/features, all while retaining its vault like mostly hand built quality. It's really come a long way.

I think the other RVRs are grey and not silver. Will look great on your set up.

RVR's Black and gray on MLW and AG!

Ok here they are and on MLW and AG

I'm thinking on my AG order I'm switching to the gray wheels!

If someone can post them directly to the page from the doc i prepared that would be great.

Wow , nice job. Here you go.

IMHO Black on the MLW and Grey on the AG look best but those all look great.

Any chance you can work your magic and put them on the Graphite Grey Magno please ?

Thanks so much - how did you get them to display directly from my attachment?

I agree, with your assessment - another change on the way to my dealer!

Sure will do.

I screenshotted, cropped and then inserted.

Haha, same here, somehow wheel choice has been the toughest part of the decision on the car. Never had that issue before.

I am in Canada, so not sure when I can order the MY2025 and these wheels.

I tried doing that but it wouldn't take

Agree, keep one thing in mind the black centers are a bit washed out from the German config where i made all this from, so in person they'd pop quite a bit more. I updated the attachment above with your color to include all the same angles so pls paste these too. thx

Moonlight White Metallic with RVR Cross-Spoke Forged Wheels in Grey

Added these wheels this to my build yesterday. Thanks RJC for the image files, and Wolvie for the image postings - extremely helpful.

Based on the above images, the grey cross-spoke wheels on your AG car would look stunning.

Again, I'm probably not the one to offer advice here having vacillated on my own wheel selection.

That said, looking at the images above with the RVR Grey wheels, and at the images you posted earlier on your Wheel post showing the RVS Black wheels on the same Magno CLE53 - the Grey wheels might be way to go imo. Depends entirely on the overall look you're going for.

idk

Here's a great video of the RVS's on an AG GT63 ... it shows much better detail of the wheels than the config. I'm trying to find the RVR's but no luck so far.

Now I'm triple guessing myself lol!

Correction on my above post. The CLE 53 shown is not the Moonlight White Metallic color - rather a non-metallic finish on the German configurator referred to as follows: MANUFAKTUR Lack MANUFAKTUR opalithweiß bright (English translation: MANUFAKTUR lacquer MANUFAKTUR opalith white bright).

A fine point - the visual still works imo.

MBZ AMG CLE 53 German configurator link that includes the cross-spoke forged wheel options.

Thanks for posting your build sheets. I've been going back and forward with my sales associate. He's convinced that MBUSA isn't allowing the AMG Dynamic Plus Package to be ordered with the L6J Nappa Steering wheel. He insists that I need to get one of the microfiber steering wheels, which I absolutely don't want. Did your SA mention any difficulty in building your configuration?
