I put Xpel on all my cars and it's widely regarded as some of the best ppf you can get! I'm looking at CLE63 and will put Xpel on it!

Awesome. Thanks for sharing. What do you mean about the dash cam? Are you just talking about getting a usb stick? Or something more involved? I have a car in the same color that should be here this week. I’m planning front ppf. Any thoughts about paint protection?

Hi , I`m taking delivery of mine next week.
Is there a way to disable lane assist and speed limit beeps , permanently (so it does not come back after I restart the car) or I always have to manually disable them ?
It will annoy me so much

I don’t believe this is accurate. I just picked up mine last week and there was a setting to record at ignition start. Mine records all the time automatically now.

Could anyone with a CLE 53 please check for heated seats on your final order sheet? This is the one with the standard and option codes listed along with a purchase order number. Heated seats are supposed to be standard, but they are not listed on my order sheet with all the other standard and optional items. The heated seats were listed when the dealer configured the car, but they are not on the final order sheet. My dealer is looking into it. I hope a forum member can help.

I noticed that the heated steering wheel option picture on the MBUSA configurator is of a non-AMG steering wheel. Can you confirm that the heated steering wheel (Nappa Leather) option is the AMG steering wheel and NOT the one pictured?

I would think that you would get the steering wheel that comes with the package you buy. Some of the optional items pictures are not necessarily the current models.

I would think so too. I’m sure someone in this forum with the Nappa Leather steering wheel with the heated option will confirm.

Yes, confirmed. The USA configurator has a bunch of things wrong. Use the German configurator (Chrome browser can translate to English) for an accurate build.

The “ AMG Night Package” DC1 is also wrong on the configurator. When selected, the picture only darkens the window surrounds and mirror housing. The front splitter trim and rear valance trim, and side flick (near the 4Matic+ badge) all remain silver. They would all be black in an actual build.

Are your seats order code 851 Black Nappa Leather w/ Gray Stitching? My dealer has said the 851 seats are not offered with massage. I’m hoping they are incorrect.
Did you opt for U78 AMG Performance Exhaust or 339 Switchable Engine Sound. I’m considering the U78 option and was wondering if comfort mode is similar in sound to the stock CLE53 exhaust. I believe U78 is the correct code for AMG Performance Exhaust.

The AMG performance exhaust and switchable engine sound are confusing. I’d also like to get a firm answer. AMG performance exhaust is listed as standard on the MBUSA website (2024 MY). 339 - Switchable Engine Sound is listed as standard on my 2025 coupe final build order sheet. The 2025 coupe and cab DOG list 339 as “AMG Performance Exhaust” as a $550 option.
Even more confusing, I’ve seen 2 CLE53s on a dealer lot with window stickers that list “339 - AMG Real Performance Sound” as a $550 option.
My 2024 E53 Coupe has been built. I guess I really won’t know if I’m getting the AMG performance Exhaust or Switchable Engine Sound or AMG Real Performance Sound, or some combination of all.

I spoke to my dealer today that is working with me on my build. She stated that their AMG CLE 53 Cabriolet build configurator will not accept 851 - Black Nappa leather w/Grey stitching with 399 - Multicontour front seats with massage. I’m hoping it’s just a temporary glitch but as she said, it may be a MB decision not to allow that combination with the drop-head, as strange as that sounds.
I’ve also spoken to three different very large dealers and they expect delivery of their first AMG CLE 53 Cabriolets by the end of September. The mid-size and smaller dealers have yet to receive their build slots. However, the MSRP is not yet published.

I had discovered that too when using the MB website configurator. We discussed it, she tried several combinations and option selection sequences, but still no joy. I’m hoping it’s changed when MB does the MSRP update. C'est la vie.

The dealer actually mentioned to me that they had trouble ordering the Power Red/Black Multicontour seats. I didn’t ask for details and they didn’t describe the nature of the problem. They apparently were successful though. My car was built Tuesday with the Multicontour seats and is waiting for ship assignment. Good luck with your order.

That red and black combination looks good. We are building our CLE 53 Cabriolet red with standard chrome. I’ll be sharing your photo with my wife to see which she prefers.

2025 CLE 53 Cabriolet
I'm planning on a compromise solution for my 53 Cab ,with Patagonia red , black top , Studio package plus night package 1 , silver wheels, silver lettering and silver grille . For me the Night package 2 is too much black ( lettering ,grille etc ) and I'm not keen on black wheels . Still not sure if Power Red seats will be too much with the Patagonia Exterior , or just go with black and red stitching ?
